As a child I always loved to bake. I got my start in the kitchen early on and knew that I was destined to be a chef. I learned quite a bit from my mother and grandmother on how to cook with what you had, but knew that baking was my true passion. I spent many years assisting my mother and grandmother in the kitchen baking various goodies. Many summer days were filled with baking cakes, mixing frosting and helping my mother create amazing cakes for friends and family. It was then that I decided to attend culinary school. In 2000, I graduated from culinary school and was asked to do my first ever wedding cake. It was such a huge success that I was asked to do another and the passion for what I do took hold!
Born and raised in Northern Minnesota I saw a need for gourmet desserts and the kind of specialty cakes you see on the Food Network! I set out to bring what I love to this area. As the name implies all we do is desserts and we do it well! Any kind of dessert you can dream up we will do it for you. If we don't have a recipe we are willing and able to create one specifically for you. We do everything from cookies, pie and cheesecake to three tiered wedding masterpieces. We use high quality ingredients to create high quality, decadent desserts. All desserts are created from scratch and delivered to you as fresh as possible to ensure your utmost enjoyment.
