The Dietary Department serves approximately 150 residents on our campus Job Qualifications: .Current certification as a Certified Dietary Manager (Or the ability to complete the necessary course work in 12 months from date of hire) Possess a broad knowledge of dietary procedures and cur- rent regulations Ability to lead and willingness to cooperate with manage- ment, staff and residents/families Ability to manage and supervise fellow employees Preference given for prior experience in a management posi- tion in a culinary setting. . Preference given for prior commercial cooking experience. Hours of Work: Full-Time, salaried position. Works weekends as necessary. Will make periodic visits to all shifts. On-call status as needed.
