I’ve purchased and combined a number of land parcels not available previously to form a new residential plat of only four single family home lots – possibly the final home lots in Irvingboro. The power poles now on the property will be removed by Ottertail Power and all phone and cable lines will be underground.
Irvingboro is a very unique LAKESIDE neighborhood on Lake Irving’s east side. All off-lake residents have lake access through membership in an association (membership required). Smaller Lake Irving with about 660 acres has direct boating into larger Lake Bemidji with about 6,500 acres. Here you can enjoy water sports, boat cruising, and great fishing.
Irvingboro is a genuine old-fashioned neighborhood developed all new since the mid-nineties including sewer, water, and street installation. It was a multiple-use project including single-family homes, townhomes, condos, apartments, and even commercial. It’s been sold out for years and most residents agree it’s a great place to live.
