During the tour, a variety of apartment styles can be viewed along with common areas. Prospective tenants then will be scheduled to receive a pre-health assessment that will be completed by one of our Registered Nurses. If the assessment establishes the prospective tenant as an appropriate fit, we then set a lease signing date at WoodsEdge Senior Living Campus After 14 days of residing in your new home, a second assessment will be conducted if a tenant is immediately receiving services, Additional assessments will continue to be conducted every 90 days, or as needed to increase or decrease services. If at any time the tenant wishes to begin services the nursing staff will conduct a new assessment and services can begin Ihe assessment will also be updated whenever the tenant has a significant change in condition following a physician's appointment that will affect the tenant's level of health care needs.
