Long Term Care Administrator Deer River, MN Responsible to plan, organize and lead the day-to- day functions for the most efficient, effective operation possible in providing high quality care to meet the current and future health care needs of our residents Collaborates with leaders to ensure consistency of practice, cross disciplinary collaboration, and implementation of new procedures and practices. QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements) Education and/or years experience required: Bachelors Degree in Nursing Home Administration, Health Services Administration or related fields of study preferred 3 years of previous health care administration experience with the requirement of one(1) year as a nursing home administrator preferred.
