We support individuals with Developmental Disabilities, Mental Health Concerns, Brain Injuries, and Elder Care needs. Our services are specifically designed to be individualized for each client’s needs. or in a home that Cardinal operates. Our services include 24/7 residential support and In-Home care where services are provided in a person's own home or in the community.
Cardinal operates in the communities throughout the state. Those communities include; Rochester, Winona, Austin, Harmony, Spring Valley, Red Wing, Bemidji.
