Tired of his job in finance, Greg finds himself searching for life's meaning Everything changes when he comes across Sylvia, who quickly becomes the cure to his dissatisfaction. The catch? Sylvia is a grungy but beautiful lab-poodle mix Greg finds in Central Park. Kate, a rising star in the public school system and Greg's wife of two decades, is looking forward to independence now that the couple no longer has children to look after, and is less than pleased when the dever canine jumps and slobbers herway into their life and apartment.
