AT HOME WITH SANFORD . I'm contemplating on how to handle a complaint that I have regarding my Moms daily care. I don't want her to be treated poorly because I want to bring up my concerns. Will WoodsEdge treat her or my family differently, because I want to talk to someone? Jeanne Thompson Assisted Living Manager WoodsEdge Senior Living Campus recognizes that questions or complaints may arise. We strive to address complaints and concerns regardless of source or nature. All reports received will be reviewed by the administration team to determine the appropriate course of investigative action. To the extent practical, any disciplinary action or other response resulting from a complaint will be kept confidential. Tenants who report misconduct or suspected violation must be protected from retaliation. We don't want to silence complaints but we encourage open communication in accordance with our open door policy. Questions, concerns and complaints should be addressed first to the appropriate staff person. If the matter remains unresolved, the tenant or tenant's family member should contact the Assisted Living Manager for WoodsEdge Campus at: 1010 Anne St. NW Bemidji, MN 56601, (218) 333-6211.
